  • Are all items made to order?
    Yes, I only begin making each piece after the purchase. That way we'll get less trash and it's also possible to customize the items.
  • Where do we make our products?
    Our products are proudly made in collaboration with a local small atelier. All Pillow & Pajamas products are made from soft, comfy and breathable fabrics, refreshing to sleep in year round but perfectly suitable for lounging at home or outside.
  • How long will it take to get my order?
    Our pieces are handmade so please give us 1-2 weeks for your order to be made. Your clothes will be dispatched once they are sewn, and packed. After your package has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Shipping can take from 2 to 5 weeks or 2-6 days, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please reach out to info@pillowandpajamas.com if you have any questions or concerns about your order and we'll be happy to assist you.
  • Can you customize a garment?

  • How can I find my size?
    We know sizing can be tricky — so we try our best to guide you towards the best possible fit for you. On each product page, you will find a size guide that can assist in finding the right bathrobe, pyjamas or dress for you. You may also find the size guide here.   • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Mastercard, Dankort/VISA, Visa Electron, Maestro, and Klarna invoice. ?
  • How can I apply a discount code?
    Discount codes can be applied in the checkout process in the field: 'Do you have a Promo code?'. Please note that there are exclusions on what items are eligible for discounts. Furthermore, discounts cannot be applied after the order has been placed and discounts are not possible to combine. ???
  • Will I be charged duties and taxes?
    Within the European Union no duties or taxes will apply. For international shipments outside the European Union, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Pillow & Pajamas does not have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary from country to country. For more information, we suggest contacting your local customs office.
  • Can I cancel my order?

  • What should I do if I have recieved a defective item?
    If you receive an item that you think is defective or has a production error, please send an email with an image to info@pillowandpajamas.com and we will help you out.
  • What should I do if I did not receive an order confirmation?
    If you didn't receive an order confirmation and can't find it in either your inbox or spam, send us an email to info@pillowandpajamas.com and we'll happily help you out.
  • What locations do you ship to?

  • Where do you ship from?
    We ship all orders from Vilnius, Lithuania.
  • What are your shipping prices and delivery time?

  • What shipping providers do you use?
    We use the Lithuanian postal service and DHL Express.
  • How do I track the status of my order?
    We will ship your order as soon as possible. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. All of our shipments are trackable through the delivery company. All details can be found in your shipping confirmation.
  • Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
    Unfortunately, we do not ship orders to P.O. boxes.
  • Can I update the shipping address on my order?
    Yes, we can update the address prior to shipping the order. The shipping address cannot be changed when the package is in transit. Let us know about the need to change the address.
  • Do you charge for non-collected packages?
    Non-collected orders that were returned to us can be re-sent after payment for the second shipment is received.
  • My order didn't arrive when I thought it would!

  • What is your return policy?

  • Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • Can the sale items be returned?
    The sale items are final. They can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • Can the custom items be returned?
    They can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • When will I recieve my refund?
    A refund is possible only if the return procedure is followed correctly. We aim to issue a refund as soon as we have received your parcel again in our warehouse. If these requirements are met, your refund will be processed in 14 days. If you still have not received a refund after 14 days, don’t hesitate to get in touch through customercare@adaysmarch.com, and we will be happy to help.
  • Do you offer exchanges?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you want to replace an item, a new order should be placed for a different size, style, or color.

This is why our packaging is made with natural, reusable or recyclable fabrics We’re committed to using environmentally-safe materials to transport our pieces to you. That's why we decided that compostable, plastic free envelopes is the right packaging for us. They will never end up in landfills and won't take years to disintegrate.
