SHIPPING

Processing time

To ensure the lowest possible amount of waste, Pillow & Pajamas products are made to order. Please give us 1-2 weeks for your order to be made. When the order is ready, your package will reach you in 1-6 days or 2-5 weeks depending on your chosen shipping method at checkout. The processing time is approximate - it depends on the order size and the country you're living in.

  • Please provide a secure daytime delivery address.

  • You have two shipping methods: Standard Shipping (Lithuanian Regular Post) and DHL Express.

  • When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with details and tracking information when available.

  • When using Standard shipping, orders can be tracked through your countries post website.*

  • Orders shipped through DHL Express can be tracked through the official DHL website here.

 

*Unfortunately tracking is not working in Australia and Canada at the moment.

 

Lithuania

Standard Shipping or parcel machine LP EXPRESS (1-3 working days) - Free on all orders over €40 (below €40 - €2,50).

Rest of the world (except United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Israel)

Standard Shipping (2-5 weeks) - Free on all orders over €40 (below €40 - €7).

Express shipping (2-6 working days) - €33

United Kingdom

Standard Shipping (1-3 weeks) - €8

Express shipping (1-4 working days) - €33

Canada, Japan

Standard Shipping (2-5 weeks) - €10

Express shipping (2-6 working days) - €40

Australia, New Zealand

Standard Shipping (2-5 weeks) - €15

Express shipping (2-6 working days) - €50

Israel

Standard Shipping (2-5 weeks) - €7

Express shipping (2-7 working days) - €33

Duties and taxes

Customs and import duties are charged by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility. For more information on taxes contact the local customs office. Also note that transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation or non-acceptance of a package will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

 

Important notes

  • Orders can‘t be delivered to PO Boxes.

  • Delivery to rural areas can result in longer delivery times.

  • Payment on delivery is not available.
     

Non-collected items

If nobody is available to pick your order, the postman or DHL courier will leave a card containing the shipment number in case they attempt to re-send it on the next working day or hold it at the local depot for you. Please get in touch with the delivery service as soon as possible to arrange a specific time of delivery.

If you do not collect the delivered package, we reserve the right to charge you and require to cover the entire cost of the shipping and processing. Non-collected packages are usually not referred to as refundable goods.

Non-collected orders that were returned to us can be re-sent after payment for the second shipment is received.

RETURNS
 

If you would like to return the item - you need to contact us first at info@pillowandpajamas.com within 14 days after receiving it. Please provide your name, order number, and your reasons for returning it.

If the item you received is defective, was damaged during shipment or is different from the one you ordered, you have to contact us within 7 days after receiving it, with your order number and a photo of the garment.

We will refund you once we've received and accepted your return. Original shipping charges and duties & taxes are non-refundable. You are responsible for ensuring that the items are received by us and not damaged in transit. We advise to return the package with a trackable track and trace number.

All returned items need to be in perfect condition to be eligible for a refund. This means: 

  • Clean (no perfume, deodorant or make-up stains)

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • With attached tags & in original condition, suitable for re-sale

  • Customized and Sale items cannot be returned

If you don‘t agree to the terms of return and return the products without our knowledge, you are responsible for any additional costs (such as custom, import duties, etc.) and they will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Non-collected packages are usually not referred to as refundable goods.
